Certifications: Active BLS certification from approved vendor, Active CST certification from approved vendor

Must-Have: Four years of experience or CST certification WY DFS clearance/documentation Teal scrubs and experience in multiple scrub specialties Ability to work varied start times and rotating on-call shifts

Description: This position requires working four days per week. Varied start times include 6:45 AM - 4:15 PM or 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM. Rotating on-call shifts will include one overnight each week and one weekend (Friday night to Monday morning) every five weeks. Candidates must clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept. Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments will expedite the hiring process. Candidates must be able to start by the specified start date or within one week. Requests for time off cannot exceed seven days and are not allowed during the first week of assignment. All candidates submitted must be pre-closed and ready to accept. Strict adherence to background check standards is required. Please ensure all documentation is complete, including a resume detailing facilities worked, departments, trauma level designation, and number of beds. A completed surgical tech skills checklist must also be provided within the last 12 months. Candidates must present a valid driver's license.
