Construction Superintendent

We’re representing a well-established Albany-based General Contractor seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee multiple commercial projects across the Capital Region. This is a full-time, permanent position offering stability, growth, and the opportunity to lead some of the area’s most notable public and private sector projects. Key Responsibilities Oversee field operations across multiple commercial construction projects, including interior renovations, process mechanical work, general construction, and school projects Manage and support field teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners to maintain smooth execution and high client satisfaction Ensure all work aligns with contract documents, safety regulations, and quality standards Qualifications Experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a Superintendent role Background in interior fit‑outs, process mechanical, education/school projects, or general commercial builds Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and jobsite activities simultaneously Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Solid understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site coordination Competitive salary starting at $120,000+, commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid vacation, and retirement plan Opportunity to join a reputable and growing contractor with a strong project pipeline and long-term stability #J-18808-Ljbffr We Search People
