This opportunity provides education, coaching, and practical business training designed to help you build a strong foundation before entering the industry.

While completing your state-required real estate education, you will gain exposure to the activities successful agents use to create business. Learn the fundamentals of lead generation, database development, client communication, relationship building, follow-up, time management, and business development while preparing for your licensing exam.

You will have access to experienced real estate professionals who provide coaching, accountability, and guidance as you move through the licensing process. Once licensed, you can begin working with clients, conducting licensed real estate activities, and earning commissions while continuing to develop your sales and business skills.

Our goal is to help you move from licensing into real-world production with the knowledge, systems, and support needed to begin creating opportunities and building valuable client relationships.

$50,000 - $150,000 at plan commissions

• Guide clients through the home buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Develop and maintain a robust client database to nurture long-term relationships and generate referrals.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute effective marketing campaigns.
• Negotiate offers and contracts with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your real estate expertise.
• Utilize technology and tools to streamline processes and improve client interactions.

• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with diverse clients.

• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.

• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms to enhance client interactions.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Ability to conduct market research and apply findings to real estate strategies.

• Willingness to participate in continuous learning and professional development programs.

• A real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions.
