Chief of Staff to the Chief Nuclear Officer (Government Affairs) Location: Washington, DC Travel: ~10% About the Role We are hiring a Chief of Staff to the Chief Nuclear Officer to help drive our regulatory affairs strategy and execution, as well as stakeholder engagement. This role acts as a deputy to the CNO, operating at the center of our work with government agencies, regulators, and policymakers. You will help turn strategy into action. That means aligning teams, driving priorities, tracking progress, and ensuring nothing crucial slips. You will work across licensing, policy, regulatory, and communications efforts to keep momentum high and execution tight. This role is best suited for someone who is structured, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment. What You’ll Do: Act as Deputy to the CNO Operate as a trusted extension of the Chief Nuclear Officer Step into meetings, discussions, and initiatives on behalf of the CNO as needed Ensure follow‑through on key decisions, priorities, and external engagements Oversee intergovernmental relations, both state and international.
