RN ER Clinical Coordinator FT days

Abrazo Health Network is seeking an RN Emergency Room Clinical Coordinator to lead a clinic unit. Position Summary Coordinates functions and activities related to a single departmental function. Responsible for a clinic unit. Coordinates scheduling efforts of unit RNs. Acts as liaison person to internal and external customers (i.e., pre‑hospital providers, medical and nursing staff, hospital administration). Develops and implements plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements. Trains and mentors staff. Special Skills Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to implement change and assist with the management of departmental budget. Independently makes decisions in high‑stress situations. Supervises Other members of the healthcare team. Minimum Education Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school. Preferred Education BSN. Minimum Experience 2 years emergency department (ED) RN experience. Preferred Experience Management experience in ED with two years supervisory experience. Preferred Certifications Certification in specialty area of practice preferred. Required Certifications and Licensure License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona. CPR. ACLS, as applicable by facility or department.
