Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery experience required
• Experience working in LDRP and providing antepartum, postpartum, triage, labor, and nursery care
• Strong commitment and reliability for a high-priority backfill assignment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care throughout the labor and delivery continuum
• Support patient care across antepartum, postpartum, triage, labor, and nursery settings
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to promote positive maternal and newborn outcomes
• Monitor patients, assess changes in condition, and respond quickly to clinical needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold unit standards for quality care
• Deliver attentive support to patients and families during an important life event
