Operations Manager

A well-established, family-owned energy and service company is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations at its Gloversville location. This leadership role is responsible for supporting field service operations, customer service, employee development, and overall business performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure efficient workflow across departments Support field service, delivery, and customer service teams Lead, train, and develop employees while fostering a positive and accountable workplace culture Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement Analyze business data and operational metrics to support decision-making Resolve customer concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Coordinate communication between office staff, field personnel, and leadership Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, and personnel management Qualifications Previous experience in operations management, branch management, service management, or a similar leadership role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate employees Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience managing multiple priorities and operational activities Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
