Ultrasound Technologist - Breast & General (PRN - St. Augustine)

Location: St. Augustine, FL

Schedule: PRN | Various shifts available based on center needs

We are currently seeking an experienced PRN Ultrasound Technologist with both breast and general ultrasound experience to join our St. Augustine team.

This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting with no overnight shifts, no on-call hours, and closures for most major holidays. Flexibility with availability is preferred to help provide coverage based on center needs.

What You'll Do

As an Ultrasound Technologist, you'll perform both breast and general ultrasound exams while providing the exceptional patient experience Precision Imaging Centers is known for. Responsibilities include:

• Perform high-quality breast and general diagnostic ultrasound examinations
• Obtain and document accurate patient histories
• Follow established imaging protocols and ensure diagnostic image quality
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and providers to support accurate interpretation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped ultrasound suite
• Verify orders and confirm prior imaging availability
• Support efficient patient flow and department workflow as needed
• Provide compassionate, professional care throughout each patient's visit

What We're Looking For

• Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• ARDMS certification required
• Experience performing both breast and general ultrasound required
• Minimum 3 years of ultrasound experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication, organization, and patient care skills
• Flexibility to provide PRN coverage based on center needs

Requirements

Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program

ARDMS certification required

Experience performing both breast and general ultrasound required

Minimum 3 years of ultrasound experience preferred

Current BLS certification

Strong communication, organization, and patient care skills

Flexibility to provide PRN coverage based on center needs
