The journey begins here - with Global- a 1st Flagship Company, where we are currently looking for a SkillBridge Recruiter Trainee to join our team.What You'll Be DoingLearn Global's organizational structure, operations, and recruiting processesAssist with candidate sourcing using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal systemsReview resumes and support candidate qualification effortsDraft and send candidate outreach communications under guidanceConduct initial candidate screenings and evaluate qualificationsCoordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managersMaintain accurate candidate records and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Support job postings and recruitment campaignsAssist with tracking recruiting metrics such as pipeline activity and time-to-fillParticipate in full-cycle recruiting workflows, from intake to interview stagesSupport offer process and onboarding coordination activitiesEnsure professional communication with both internal stakeholders and candidatesGain exposure to compliance requirements within recruiting and hiringWhat You'll Need to SucceedMinimum Qualifications:Active -duty service member approved for participation in the DoD SkillBridge ProgramExperience in administrative, operational, leadership, or customer-facing roles within a military environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to quickly learn Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting toolsHigh level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detailAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentWillingness to work onsite in support of mission-critical staffing needsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Preferred Qualifications:Experience in marine, shipyard, industrial, or maintenance environmentsFamiliarity with skilled trades roles (e.g., welders, electricians, machinists, pipefitters)Experience supporting interviews, scheduling, or candidate coordinationExposure to security clearance processes or work in secure environmentsBackground in customer service, sales, or recruiting-related activitiesProgram Highlights:Structured 6-week training program followed by hands-on experienceUp to 180 days of SkillBridge participationDirect mentorship from Talent Acquisition leadershipExposure to full-cycle recruiting and HR operationsProfessional development and career readiness supportGlobal – A 1st Flagship Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
