The Phoenix Initiative is a homeschool enrichment program that meets on a beautiful farm in Hillsdale, New York. We have a vibrant community of families and educators working together to bring a living education to our children.

For the 2026-2027 academic year, we are seeking an educator inspired to work in a living way with a spirit-led approach to their lessons and teaching. Our lower grades program is seeking a main lesson teacher for language arts and literacy.
