Landis & Associates Inc. is looking for a driven and motivated Allstate Insurance Sales Producer to join our team in Parkville, MD. Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and outbound sales efforts
• Sell Allstate insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial policies
• Conduct needs-based consultations to match clients with the right coverage solutions
• Manage and grow an existing book of business through policy reviews and upselling
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales production goals and quotas
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on quotes and pipeline activity
• Deliver exceptional customer service to retain clients and drive referrals

Requirements:

• Active Maryland Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain)
• Prior insurance sales or financial services experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented and competitive mindset
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
