About the Position

Our client is seeking a dependable Local CDL A Box Truck Driver for local delivery routes in Pooler, Georgia. This temp-to-perm opportunity offers steady weekday work, competitive hourly pay, and the potential to earn approximately $900 per week depending on assignments and experience.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $21 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Start time: 6:00 a.m.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Employment type: Temp to perm

Job Details

Route type: Local delivery
Freight: Paper products
Equipment: Box truck
Freight handling: Heavy touch using a pallet jack and hand truck

Key Responsibilities

Complete local deliveries of paper products
Transport freight safely and efficiently
Load, unload, and handle freight using a pallet jack and hand truck
Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules
Maintain a professional and service-oriented approach with customers

Minimum Requirements

Valid CDL A
1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
