OST Workforce
ServiceNow Developer/Builder contractor to design workflows, configure ITSM modules, and develop reports and dashboards. Strong hands‑on ServiceNow development experience required; reporting and analytics development strongly preferred. We seek a ServiceNow Developer / Builder to support the design, configuration, and development of workflows, applications, and reports within the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on hands‑on platform development, automation of operational processes, and creation of actionable dashboards and reports that support enterprise IT and healthcare operations. Responsibilities Design, build, and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Develop and maintain workflows, forms, catalog items, and automation using ServiceNow best practices. Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics that support operational decision‑making. Build and maintain Service Catalog items and request fulfillment workflows. Configure and support Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management modules. Develop scripts and integrations using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer. Collaborate with IT teams to translate operational needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Support continuous improvement of ServiceNow governance and development standards. Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance. Document configurations, workflows, and reporting structures. Required Skills Hands‑on ServiceNow development experience, 3 years required. Strong experience configuring ITSM modules, 3 years required. Experience building ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics, 3 years required. Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts, 3 years required. Ability to work directly with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions, 3 years required. Experience developing advanced ServiceNow reporting and analytics, highly desired 3 years. Experience supporting healthcare IT or large enterprise environments, highly desired 3 years. Valid and active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. #J-18808-Ljbffr OST Workforce
