From planning to installation, we deliver exceptional, sustainable outcomes and continuously improve processes to create positive experiences for our clients.THE OPPORTUNITYAs an Intermarket Project Coordinator, you will perform the quoting, ordering, processing, and invoicing of office furniture products or related items ensuring customer satisfaction both internally and externally. This role coordinates project communications, order management, and customer support activities to ensure a seamless experience from quote through installation and invoicing.WHAT YOU WILL DOProvide support for intermarket accounts via ServiceNet application and through other correspondence.Communicate information to work team, servicing dealer, and originating dealer relating to intermarket account.Process all WIP storage by creating quotes, orders and invoice preparations communicating with various departments.Process quotes by setting up customer information and importing SIF file.Process sales orders by verifying sell price and entering data into various software applications, ensuring accuracy and detail.Provide support to the ServiceNet Project Manager – Estimating, communication, product tracking, scheduling & submitting daily reports as needed to customers.Track and verify that ServiceNet daily communication requests & timeline milestones are updated and accurate.Verify accuracy of product receival with warehouse team and communicate issues or concerns with our dealer partners in a timely manner.Keep internal and external customers informed of order status by preparing reports and communicating results on a regular basis through phone and email.Ensure signoff from the customer that the job was completedPrepare the completed sales order for invoicingContinuously update invoice forecasts electronically, by comparing lead time, acknowledgements, and installation schedules in a timely manner.Handle internal and external customer questions or issues by researching and taking appropriate action in a timely manner.Provide support by scheduling all service work, including demo chair deliveries.Assist internal furniture sales and other WR service lines as neededContribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results or projects as needed, including phone backup for receptionist.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR ORGANIZATIONThe preferred candidate will possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, or minimum of six months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Working in a similar position within the office furniture industry or related field.Achieving and maintaining technical and professional proficiency related to current job position and areas of expertise, specifically order processing, clerical, and data entry, working knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite and various accounting and design software.Demonstrating detail orientation and the ability to coordinate multiple responsibilities, understanding the importance of doing quality work, adhering to the standards to prevent errors, and working effectively with high volume workload.Achieving results by driving issues to closure and getting the job done on time.Demonstrating dependability by fulfilling commitments consistently and reliably.Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability by being able to change course swiftly and purposefully when the needs of the business change, working irregular hours and extended shifts.Communicating effectively by interacting in a clear and compelling way that builds understanding and commitment with a wide range of people, both within and outside the company.Ability to build customer loyalty by discovering what is important to the customer (internal and external) and responding to it.Demonstrating teamwork and collaboration by building and sustaining productive working relationships across a diverse spectrum of people.Demonstrating integrity and trust by acting ethically and gaining the trust and respect of othersDemonstrating initiative by recognizing opportunities or problems and taking action.Ability to learn from experiences of self and others to solve problems and identify new solutions, shares knowledge generously.Possessing an understanding overall of the office furniture industry and the company’s products and servicesMust be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or without accommodations.Ability to pass pre‐employment background check, and drug screening.Ability to pass DOT physical/lift test (if applicable)WHAT OUR ORGANIZATION IS PROVIDINGExpected hourly pay range of $24.00-$30.00 based on experience.Medical, Dental and Vision InsurancePaid Time OffPaid HolidaysEmployer paid Life, AD&D, and LTD Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanHSA Annual company contributionWorkplace Resource provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, genetics, Veteran status, or other legally protected characteristics.
