Healthcare Regulatory Associate

Overview Holland & Knight LLP is seeking a healthcare regulatory associate for its Birmingham office. Candidate must have at least 3–4 years of prior experience, with law firm experience preferred, and a strong grounding in healthcare regulatory matters, including the laws and regulations relating to healthcare providers. Further, the candidate must have a demonstrated ability to interface with clients, and generally strong communication skills. Applicant must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing, and organizational skills. Location & Licensing Candidates must reside in the Birmingham, AL area at or prior to the time of hire and must be licensed to practice law in Alabama. This role should consider their default working location to be in the office and will be expected to be onsite full-time and no fewer than three business days per week.
