General Production Worker

Forklift Operator This role focuses on operating forklifts and production equipment to support a busy manufacturing environment. You will handle materials, load and unload parts, assist with processing operations, and help maintain clean and safe equipment and work areas. Responsibilities Operate processing equipment such as washers, hardening furnaces, annealing furnaces, and related machinery according to established procedures. Make up and stock cartons with materials and supplies to ensure production lines remain fully supported. Load and unload parts and scrap into machines in a safe, efficient, and organized manner. Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts and hand trucks to move materials throughout the facility and position materials at workstations. Perform material handling tasks, including staging, picking, and transporting items as needed for production. Essential Skills Manufacturing experience in a production or industrial environment. Experience operating sit-down or stand-up forklifts, with willingness to obtain onsite forklift certification. Ability to perform material handling tasks, including loading, unloading, picking, and staging materials. Why Work Here? Work Environment Available schedules include 2nd shift (MondayFriday, 2:00 p.m.10:00 p.m.) and 3rd shift (SundayThursday, 10:00 p.m.6:00 a.m.). Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wausau, WI. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.09 - $22.50/hr.
