You'll independently perform mechanical design assignments with general technical guidance on unusual or complex problems. Your mechanical experience will be put to use to create HVAC and Plumbing designs for construction. There will be opportunities to be on project sites to gather existing HVAC and Plumbing conditions and during construction. Bring your creativity, ambitious spirit and extreme attention to detail, and we'll help you grow, pursue and fulfill what drives you – so we can deliver extraordinary solutions for a better tomorrow, together.Here's what you'll need:Associates Degree in a related technical discipline is highly preferredAt least 5 years of experience of practical application experience of mechanical design, including HVAC load and plumbing calculations, equipment selections, and ductwork and plumbing system designs related to building systemsProficient working knowledge of Revit softwareGeneral working knowledge of mechanical and plumbing codesAn understanding of clash detection, clash resolution and building system coordinationIdeally, you'll also have:Industrial design experience including pharmaceutical manufacturing or similarAbility to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams, with the client, and construction teamPassion for buildings and constructionStrong communication skills both verbal and writtenStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsForward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideasDisplayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge baseOur health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
