Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Demonstrated customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person
General clerical skills

Education:

Associate
High School Grad or Equiv
or Graduate of a Technical School

Work Experience:

1+ of experience
1+ of position-related experience
1+ work experience
