This paid, 10-week internship provides a dynamic and engaging experience featuring meaningful project work, one-on-one mentorship, executive exposure, professional development opportunities, volunteer initiatives, networking events, and collaboration with fellow interns. Interns will gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside industry professionals and contributing to real business initiatives across a variety of bank departments. – The intern will support various sub-divisions of Finance including Corporate Treasury, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, and Management Information Systems (MIS). The support model is designed to expose the intern to various Finance roles within the banking industry and gain a better understanding of the tools/best practices required for each. The intern will work both independently and alongside finance professionals to assist with financial analysis, routine and ad-hoc reporting, strategic planning, and exploratory data analysis. The intern will have a capstone project specific to one sub-division of Finance. What Our Internships Offer

High-performing interns may be considered for continued employment opportunities with WSFS Bank upon successful completion of the program. Minimum Qualifications

: Must be at least 18 years of age. Pursuing an undergraduate degree with the intention to return to your studies following the internship experience. Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027. A business-related or related college major is preferred. Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August. Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews. Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources. Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint. Must have reliable transportation. Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required. Excellent oral and written communication is required. Must have critical thinking and analytical skills. Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively. Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
