Keeps current in Evidence Based Nursing Standards. Adheres to Core Measure Objectives as outlined in hospital policies. Takes responsibility in directing and overseeing the care of other care givers (nurses and non-nurses) via prescribing, delegation, coordination, supervision, validation and evaluation.
