Field Service Technician I

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to complete and pass:
  • Site PPE training
  • Chemical awareness training
  • All required safety training
• Must be eligible to work without immigration sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working independently in an industrial environment
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
• Prior experience in:
  • Water treatment
  • Maintenance roles
• Experience conducting:
  • Lab testing
  • Chemical testing
  • Data logging and reporting
• Mechanical problem-solving skills (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related fields)
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and positively with clients

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs (chest height)
• Capability to wear and use a respirator when required
• Comfortable working in:
  • Confined spaces
  • Damp or dusty environments
  • Extreme temperatures
• Ability to perform physical activities such as:
  • Stooping, kneeling, crouching
  • Reaching, balancing
  • Walking, standing, climbing
• Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions
