St. Louis, MO (new office at the City Foundry!) Noise is one of the fastest-growing startups in the country, being built right here in St. Louis. Noise is a platform that connects brands with social media creators who make short-form content at an insane speed and scale. In doing so, we’re helping brands grow their businesses while also putting money in creators’ pockets! If you want to join a team that moves fast, shakes the status quo, and is redefining how content gets made and creators get paid, we want to talk to you! What You’ll Do: Own the Noise video production pipeline end to end: cut, level, mix audio, add music and sound design, and design graphic visuals for all of our branded video content. Then produce longform content (podcast and extended video), plus a batch of shortform clips from each longform piece. Cut and package shortform content for TikTok, Instagram, X, and Facebook, matching each platform's pacing, captions, and native feel rather than reposting one file everywhere. Design graphics across the board: feed posts, thumbnails, podcast cover / transition art, and campaign-specific branding. Build motion graphics and light animation, things like kinetic captions, text-over-video, overlays, etc. Turn a single piece of source content into a full set of platform-ready assets while holding our brand voice intact Manage our content calendar so nothing gets lost between shoot and post. Spot trending formats early and adapt them to our campaigns fast! 1 to 3 years editing video or designing for social, with a portfolio (or test video - do not be afraid to wow us!) that shows range across audio, video, and static design. Fluent in a video stack (Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut) and a design stack (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva). Comfortable cleaning up and mixing audio for podcast and voiceover: noise removal, leveling, basic EQ. Some motion design ability (After Effects or similar), or a clear appetite to grow into it quickly. You are chronically online, and can explain why a video works: the hook, the pacing, the retention curve. We need someone who just “gets it” when it comes to social media! Self-directed and organized, able to take a rough brief and come back with options without much hand-holding. Bonus: you shoot or direct your own simple content, or you already post and grow your own accounts. Experience working at a startup, marketplace, or high-growth tech company Experience working with a brand-first social media campaign Proficiency with up-and-coming AI video production tools (to work smarter - not necessarily harder!)
