Nous sommes à la recherche d'un·e gestionnaire en développement logiciel hautement compétent·e et collaboratif·ve pour diriger et soutenir notre équipe de la plateforme analytique (Analytics Platform Team - APT) , responsable de la conception et du maintien de capacités analytiques avancées à l'échelle de l'organisation. Ce rôle comporte l'entière responsabilité administrative et RH de l'équipe APT, ainsi qu'un rôle de leadership administratif et de facilitation auprès de l'équipe Science des données , afin d'assurer un alignement étroit avec la gestion de produit et une collaboration fluide entre les deux équipes. La personne idéale s'épanouira au sein d'équipes hautement qualifiées et autonomes, en privilégiant une approche axée sur l' accompagnement, la coordination et la facilitation , plutôt qu'un mode de gestion directif. Le poste exige d'excellentes aptitudes en leadership, en organisation et en communication afin de gérer des équipes géographiquement dispersées, couvrant plusieurs fuseaux horaires (de la côte Ouest nord‑américaine jusqu'à Athènes, en Grèce), dont plusieurs membres travaillent à distance.PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
Leadership et gestion d'équipe Assumer la pleine responsabilité administrative et RH de l'équipe de la plateforme analytique (APT) Collaborer étroitement avec le ou la responsable technique de l'APT afin de concrétiser la vision de l'équipe Favoriser une culture de collaboration, d'innovation et d'amélioration continue Soutenir le développement professionnel, la gestion de la performance et l'engagement des membres de l'équipe Collaboration Agir comme point de liaison entre l'équipe de la plateforme analytique et l'équipe Science des données Faciliter la planification, la coordination et les rituels agiles des initiatives en science des données Assurer l'alignement entre le développement analytique et les priorités de la gestion de produit Excellence opérationnelle Superviser la planification des ressources, l'équilibrage des charges de travail et la coordination des projets Mettre en œuvre des améliorations de processus afin d'accroître l'efficacité et la capacité de livraison des équipes Maintenir une communication claire et cohérente avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes Soutien stratégique Appuyer la réalisation des travaux en science des données grâce aux capacités de la plateforme analytique Promouvoir l'excellence technique et l'évolutivité des solutions analytiques Veiller au respect des normes organisationnelles et des meilleures pratiquesCOMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES CLÉS POUR RÉUSSIR

Position Overview We are seeking a highly capable and collaborative Software Development Manager to lead and support our Analytics Platform Team (APT), which is responsible for building and maintaining advanced analytics capabilities across the organization. This role will have full administrative and HR responsibility for APT and provide administrative leadership and facilitation for the Data Science team, ensuring alignment with Product Management and smooth collaboration between both teams. The ideal candidate will thrive working with highly skilled, self‑motivated teams, focusing on enablement, coordination, and facilitation rather than directive oversight. This position requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage geographically dispersed teams across multiple time zones (North America Pacific Time to Athens, Greece), with many team members working remotely. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management Provide full administrative and HR leadership for the Analytics Platform Team. Collaborate closely with the APT Technical Lead to deliver on the vision. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Support career development, performance management, and team engagement. Cross‑Team Collaboration Act as a liaison between the Analytics Platform Team and the Data Science team. Facilitate planning, coordination, and ceremonies for Data Science initiatives. Ensure alignment between analytics development and Product Management priorities. Operational Excellence Oversee resource planning, workload balancing, and project coordination. Drive process improvements to enhance team efficiency and delivery. Maintain clear communication across teams and stakeholders. Strategic Enablement Support the enablement of Data Science work through platform capabilities. Advocate for technical excellence and scalability in analytics solutions. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience managing software development teams.
