This is not a traditional property management role where one person is overloaded with an entire portfolio and expected to handle everything alone. Instead, we operate using a collaborative team‑based model: Shared workloads and support from teammates Structured systems and processes Ongoing training and mentorship Exposure to all areas of property operations You’ll gain hands‑on experience across leasing, maintenance coordination, resident communication, renewals, and day‑to‑day operations while working alongside a strong, supportive team. What You’ll Do Communicate with tenants, property owners, and vendors Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs Support leasing activity, renewals, and move‑ins/move‑outs Assist with rent collection and account follow‑up Answer inbound phone calls and emails professionally Help keep operations organized and running efficiently Collaborate closely with team members to solve problems quickly What Makes This Role Different Team‑Based Structure: responsibilities are shared across the team to improve efficiency and reduce burnout.
