Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team as a founding member. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a high-quality ABA program focused on delivering consistent, evidence-based care to children and families.
As a founding BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing clinical standards, mentoring staff, and ensuring exceptional treatment outcomes while working closely with leadership and clinical advisors. This position offers significant opportunities for professional growth and advancement into future clinical leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a client caseload while ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment recommendations
- Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and treatment plan integrity
- Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Maintain treatment fidelity and support consistent skill acquisition across cases
- Collaborate with leadership and clinical advisors on program development initiatives
- Assist with clinical hiring, onboarding, and staff development
- Contribute to the creation of clinical standards, systems, and best practices
- Support organizational growth through continuous quality improvement efforts
Qualifications
Required:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Current New Jersey BCBA licensure
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Preferred:
- Previous clinic-based ABA experience
- Experience supervising RBTs and managing caseloads
- Interest in leadership, program development, and team building
- Strong mentoring and coaching abilities
