Claims Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Claims Manager to join the team of a leader in the Staffing space. This role will oversee the lifecycle of professional liability claims within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will partner closely with Corporate Counsel, outside counsel, insurance representatives, and medical experts to move matters forward efficiently and support sound claim outcomes. The position blends claims strategy, investigations, regulatory compliance, and settlement activity in a remote setting. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 annually Responsibilities Manage and track active professional liability claims while keeping Corporate Counsel informed on all matters Assist with claim investigations and determinations of compensability, collaborating with external legal support as needed Work with outside counsel and insurance representatives to obtain current claim insights Ensure adherence to state regulatory guidelines Collaborate with medical and legal experts to advance claim resolutions and assess settlement requests Participate in mediations and trials Consult regularly with Corporate Counsel to devise claim strategies and review progress Qualifications 3+ years of experience in professional liability claims adjusting Juris Doctor (JD) preferred Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced setting Strong understanding of claims handling policies and procedures Familiarity with medical terminology Experience with multi-jurisdictional claims Comfortable working alongside a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Proficient in litigation and settlement negotiations Intermediate knowledge of professional liability products and relevant technologies Benefits Free premium medical, dental, life, and vision insurance Generous 401(k) match Paid sick leave accrual with compliance to applicable laws Celebratory events for achieving goals Company-sponsored virtual events and team-building activities Unlimited Time Off (DTO) policy to encourage work-life balance Daily virtual yoga, meditation, or boot camp classes Our client is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
