Join Our Team as a Front Desk / Receptionist at Healing Therapy Spa!
Looking for a fulfilling role where you can combine your customer service skills with your passion for wellness? Healing Therapy Spa in Whittier, CA, is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our spa. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with people, and have a knack for organization, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll DoAs our Front Desk / Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and inviting experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering calls, texts, and Instagram DMs with professionalism and care.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments to ensure smooth operations.
- Greeting clients and making a lasting first impression.
- Promoting our facials, massages, memberships, and consultations.
- Following up with leads and clients to help grow our community.
- Assisting in meeting monthly booking and sales goals.
- Managing front desk and handling daily administrative tasks.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (spa, wellness, or customer service experience preferred).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A friendly, positive, and professional personality.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Confidence in recommending services, memberships, and consultations.
- A sales-minded approach and comfort with following up on leads.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work weekends.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Pay: $18–$25/hour, depending on experience.
