Customer Trust Manager

Leading the Customer Trust program, the full-time remote Customer Trust Manager will manage customer inquiries related to security, compliance, and risk while building a high-performing team and developing scalable response content. Key responsibilities Lead customer-facing assurance activities and manage inquiries regarding security, compliance, privacy, and risk Develop and oversee governance strategies for Commvault's Trust Center and establish metrics for customer trust activities Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support strategic opportunities and drive improvements in security and compliance programs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Business, Information Systems, or a related field 7+ years of experience in customer trust, security assurance, compliance, or related functions Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and risk management frameworks Experience with enterprise and regulated customers, including familiarity with FedRAMP, SOC, ISO, and HIPAA Proven ability to influence across technical and business teams
