Job Description

Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled CT Tech to join a fast-paced radiology unit on a travel basis. The role involves operating GE CT scanners and delivering quality imaging services to patients in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic CT procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
Operate GE CT scanners and related imaging equipment efficiently.
Follow established unit policies and guidelines to ensure optimal patient care.
Collaborate with medical staff to deliver accurate imaging results promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information.
Provide compassionate patient support, especially for pediatric cases when necessary.

Qualifications:

Hold current ARRT (R) or (CT) certification.
Possess at least 6 months of recent acute care CT technology experience.
BLS certification is required.
Demonstrate experience with Meditech EMR system.
Skilled in performing stroke/head, C/A/P, and routine CT procedures.
Ability to work independently and responsibly in a high-volume setting.
