Mid-level Behavior Consultant / Group Facilitator with a Master’s Degree REQUIRED
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
Job Summary
MAPS offers evidence based, scientifically proven behavior interventions for children and teens. Our on-site Behavior Skills Therapies vary throughout the day. We also provide in-home and community-based Social Skills and Behavior Skills services.
Our mission is to build a community that offers children a guided path to develop social skills and friendships, improve quality of life and support families so they may better contribute to and participate in the world.
Minimum Education Required
- Master's degree is required.
Job Description + Responsibilities
Supervise the clinical implementation of client therapy programs. Provide clinical training and guidance to staff members, communicate with parents regularly, attend all team meetings and training's, pay close attention to detail, possess ability to work with other providers and creatively solve problems.
Other Requirements
- Two years working in a related therapy with children who have developmental disabilities
- Knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and other behavioral approaches
- Organizational and supervisory experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- RBT Certification
Salary, Benefits + Opportunities

Pay: $33.00 - $37.00 per hour; based on education and experience. * Pay does not change for indirect hours- it stays the same.
