Color Matcher Location: Walton, KY Salary: $49K/yr - $68K/yr + Benefits + Relocation Assistance Full-Time Role/Direct Hire Job Description: Check the database for existing color matches and formulas (using X-Rite database). Create new matches for unmatched colors Match colors from Pantone Live or existing archives, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Save and catalog samples for future reference. Update and maintain the color formula database, assigning new numbers for unmatched shades. Roll out three test sheets for the Art Department with PMS and formula details. Send final rollouts within a three-day turnaround window. Distribute updated formula databases to all locations monthly. What You Bring: Hands-on experience toning inks and color matching. Background in flexographic printing. Expertise with water-based inks and color formulation systems. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to color accuracy.
