Assistant ManagerFeather Petroleum Company is the parent company of Stop 'n Save. We operate 17 locations across the great state of Colorado. Our Mission is to be intentional in providing customers high quality service and treating each employee as our most valuable asset.As an Assistant Manager in New Castle, you'll be the General Manager's go-to support to keep the store running smoothly, safely, and with top-notch service. This role exists to back up daily operations and grow into more responsibility over time. Key responsibilities include supporting customer service and sales, maintaining housekeeping and safety standards, helping oversee inventory/cash control, assisting with daily bookwork (reports, invoices, deposits), reinforcing company policies, and guiding the team in a steady, professional way—especially when the GM is out. Between customer rushes, you'll learn the behind-the-scenes "bookwork," check in on product audits and ordering, and help keep the schedule and shift coverage on track.
