Project Manager / Scrum MasterWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead the execution and delivery of strategic technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong Agile expertise, a solid understanding of enterprise systems, and exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills. This role will be responsible for driving project execution, tracking deliverables, facilitating Agile processes, managing dependencies, and ensuring accountability across internal teams and external partners. The successful candidate will proactively engage stakeholders, remove roadblocks, and maintain alignment to ensure project commitments are delivered on time and with quality.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Delivery Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.Track project progress and ensure commitments are met according to agreed timelines.Drive execution across cross-functional teams and maintain focus on project priorities.Escalate risks, issues, and delays proactively and facilitate timely resolution.Agile & Scrum Leadership Serve as Scrum Master for project teams and champion Agile best practices.Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Manage sprint execution and monitor team velocity and delivery commitments.Promote continuous improvement and foster a culture of accountability and transparency.Stakeholder & Vendor Management Act as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.Engage proactively with vendors such as Blue Yonder (BY), project44 (P44), and other implementation partners to drive progress and resolve issues.Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and follow-through on all action items and commitments.Provide regular status updates, executive summaries, and project communications.Risk & Dependency Management Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.Remove obstacles that impact team productivity and project delivery.Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.Maintain project governance and ensure adherence to established delivery processes.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery roles.Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.Experience managing enterprise application implementations and integration projects.Demonstrated ability to drive execution through influence and stakeholder engagement.Excellent organizational, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.Preferred QualificationsCertified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMP, or equivalent certification.Experience working with Blue Yonder (BY), project44 (P44), transportation, logistics, or supply chain systems.Experience managing vendor-led implementations and cross-functional technology initiatives.Familiarity with change management and organizational readiness activities.Key CompetenciesAgile Project DeliveryScrum FacilitationProject Planning & ExecutionStakeholder & Vendor ManagementRisk & Issue ResolutionDependency ManagementAccountability & Follow-throughCross-functional LeadershipExecutive CommunicationContinuous ImprovementSuccess MeasuresDeliverables completed on time and aligned with project objectives.Effective coordination and execution with BY, P44, and other external partners.Timely identification and resolution of project risks and roadblocks.Strong stakeholder alignment and communication.Consistent follow-up and accountability resulting in successful project outcomes.High-performing Agile team execution and delivery predictability.
