Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive maternity services and care in a Level II NICU environment.
• Manage high-risk perinatal cases with skilled clinical judgment and expertise.
• Float to postpartum units as needed and provide care for postpartum patients.
• Coordinate with a team of RNs, CNAs, and surgical techs to optimize patient care delivery.
• Effectively use EPIC charting system to document patient care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and maintain open communication with healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington or Compact state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and delivery preferred.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate or Relias Fetal Monitoring.
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system required.
• Ability to float to various units within the hospital as necessary.
• Experience in high-risk facilities with 100-200+ deliveries preferred.
