Investor Relations Associate

We are working with the CEO of a Real Estate Investment firm based in Rockland County, NY. They are looking for a dynamic Investor Relations Associate to join their organization. This company offers a competitive salary w/ benefits including executive visibility! Responsibilities Prepare and disseminate investor updates, quarterly reports, capital call notices, distribution notices, and ad‑hoc communications Draft clear, concise, and investor‑ready emails, letters, and summaries Prepare and update pitchbooks, property summaries, presentations, and market updates Support CEO with investor communications (updates, presentations, and ad hoc notices) Coordinate quarterly investor reporting from draft to final approval Requirements Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics 3+ years of Investor Relations experience within Real Estate or private equity Strong understanding of real estate financial concepts Expert Excel skills and advanced exposure to AI and Business Intelligence tools Compensation $105,000 - $120,000 + Bonus Benefits Medical, dental, 401k plan, 3+ weeks of PTO and paid holidays Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
