Junior Corporate Finance Associate

Overview The Financial Services Group of Holland & Knight is seeking a junior associate with approximately two to three years of legal experience to join its commercial finance practice in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in the documentation, negotiation, and closing of finance transactions, including asset-based, real estate, and/or cash flow loans. Responsibilities Successful candidates will demonstrate strong academic credentials, excellent drafting skills, and a high level of motivation and attention to detail. This role offers meaningful responsibility, hands‑on training, and the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative and well‑established team. Qualifications Active member of the TN Bar or ability to waive in 2+ years of transferable experience Must be licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Tennessee. Candidates must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Nashville area prior to hire. Strong academic credentials, excellent drafting skills, and a high level of motivation and attention to detail.
