Job Description As an Agency Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and delivering customized insurance solutions. You’ll work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with strong support, training, and resources provided. Conduct needs-based consultations and present tailored insurance solutions. Prepare quotes, deliver proposals, and close sales. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Provide ongoing policy support, coverage reviews, and claims assistance. Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals. Participate in weekly incentive programs and team competitions. Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge. Work alongside team members and leadership to drive agency growth.
