Orangetheory Fitness is looking for a passionate Fitness Coach to lead our science‑backed, technology‑tracked, & coach‑inspired workouts while being a brand ambassador for the OTF community. Competitive coaching pay rates ($25.00-$65.00 per class) Free Orangetheory membership Employee discounts on Orangetheory retail & partner brands Opportunities for growth and professional development Flexible scheduling with opportunity to coach additional classes in the region Being part of a team with a shared passion for fitness Life of a Fitness Coach at Orangetheory: Guiding and motivating members through pre‑defined workouts Ensuring members are using correct form and offering adjustments if needed Demonstrate usage of fitness equipment utilized for each workout Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of the state‑of‑the‑art studio Understanding the science behind our strength and heart‑rate focused training programs, and staying up to date on active fitness industry trends Building meaningful connections and creating community as you expand your personal brand and network within the fitness industry Positively changing the lives of others by helping members set and achieve personal fitness goals Are you Qualified? Currently fitness certified from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness: ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NASM, NSCA High School Diploma or equivalent Current AED/CPR certification Successful completion of the OTFit Certification Program Have a functional understanding of strength and heart rate‑based interval training Experience working in a fitness environment (preferred) A team player committed to growth and excellence About Us The Orangetheory Fitness coaching team is outgoing, energetic, and brings excitement every day to the studio by delivering world‑class, strength and heart rate‑based interval training.
