Build meaningful connections with residents and their families. Respond to needs promptly and with compassion. Support the nursing team with delegated tasks as needed. What You’ll Need: High school diploma or GED, preferred. Previous experience in senior care, caregiving, or a related field, preferred. CNA certification, preferred. Medication technician certification, a plus.
