Job Description:

The Associate, After Sales Center Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, refurbishing, and quality-checking coffee machine household appliances.
This role supports operational excellence by ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with quality standards.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to develop technical troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain coffee machine household appliances.
Learn and apply electrical, mechanical, and fluidic system fundamentals.
Perform quality inspections to ensure repaired products meet company standards.
Document repairs, parts usage, quality findings, and inventory transactions.
Support inventory management, including shipping, receiving, stock organization, and parts control.
Clean, test, and package repaired products before shipment.
Review product failures and identify opportunities for quality and process improvements.
Follow all safety procedures and quality management processes.
Collaborate with technicians, quality teams, customer support teams, and management to resolve product issues.

Qualifications
Education:

High School Diploma.
Technical certification in Electronics, Mechanics, Appliance Repair, or a related field is a plus.

Experience:

Entry-level candidates are welcome.
Prior experience in appliance repair, electronics repair, technical support, quality control, manufacturing, maintenance, or related hands-on technical environments is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting mindset.
Ability to use basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, schematics, wiring diagrams, and repair documentation is preferred.
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
