Automotive Sales Consultant — Orr Toyota of Searcy

What You'll Do

• Guide customers through the vehicle-buying process from first contact to delivery
• Build relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
• Stay sharp on Toyota's lineup, incentives, and financing options
• Follow up with leads and past customers to keep the pipeline full
• Work as part of a team that holds each other accountable to high standards

What We're Looking For

• A strong work ethic and a positive, competitive attitude
• Comfort working with people — sales experience helpful but not required
• Reliable, coachable, and willing to follow a proven process
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work Saturdays and some evenings
