Maintenance Technician
Memphis Housing Authority
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining MHA properties. Make routine repairs and necessary replacements. The maintenance technician's daily work assignments with include but are not limited to HVAC, plumbing, minor electrical and carpentry. The maintenance technician may be directed to assist in other phases of maintenance work as needed.
