About This Role Adventist HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for their Home Health division in Rockville. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are passionate about providing compassionate care in a home setting. Highlights Pay: $37.00 - $55.00 Location: Rockville, MD Facility: Adventist HealthCare Home Health Schedule: Full‑time, Day shift Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $12,000 What You’ll Do Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care in the home. Document patient care and outcomes electronically. Delegate and supervise tasks for Home Health Aides and LPNs. Support new staff or students. Participate in quality initiatives. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team in patient care planning. Pursue professional development and growth. Meet agency standards demonstrating flexibility, commitment, and adaptability.
