PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist candidates will have the following job responsibilities:

1. You will provide evaluations and treatment interventions within the scope of practice established by law and professional code of ethics.
2. You will assess and evaluate therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status and participate in the development of the total plan of care.
3. You will provide purposeful and skilled therapeutic care at patients home, using procedures and techniques to produce a change in condition/function consistent with the physicians plan of care.
4. You will instruct patient/family/caregiver in the use of therapies, exercises, therapeutic appliances, and/or prosthetic devices to be used outside of therapy sessions.
5. You will prioritize caseload, determine daily staffing needs and coordinate assignments/handoffs.

Physical Therapist candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

• Open to New Grads (Experienced is not required)
• Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy REQUIRED
• State Licensed Physical Therapist
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
