Program Manager – Medical AssistantSchedule: Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Work hours will range between 6:45 AM and 6:00 PM with extended hours on certain days.Assignment Details: Contract Length: 14 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 40 per weekRequirements: Previous experience with EMR systems preferred. Must have relevant certifications and licenses as required for the role.Roles & Responsibilities: Assist the practice manager and physicians in maintaining a patient/customer focus. Support the delivery of high-quality care and assist in meeting or exceeding patient satisfaction. Perform patient preparation, interviewing, technical tasks, and communication with patients/families. Adapt to varying schedules and work beyond typical hours to ensure all patient visits are completed.Compliance / Notes: RTO must be listed in the submission cover form for consideration. Medical and drug screens must be initiated within 72 hours of accepting the award.
