Blender Operator - Winter Haven, FL

Blending, filtering, washing, and packaging of final and intermediary products for sale and internal consumption.

Essential Functions:

• Follow instructions on the provided Work Orders, blend tickets, and wash tickets.
• Weighing of ingredients, sampling products.
• Handling of liquid and dry ingredients. Liquid pump operation and liquid packaging into various container sizes from 1oz. to 55-gallon drums to 6500 gallon tankers.
• Minor GC analysis for certain washes, Inventory management via paper transfer forms for creation, consumption, and movement of all handled products.
• Communication with the Formulations team and management.
• Forklift Operation.

Work Environment:

• 80% Ambient/20% Air Conditioned Office

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly, able to bend, stoop, stretch, reach, and duck. Moderate periods of standing.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

• Direct-Hourly- 7 days on/off 12-hour shifts

Travel:

Required Education and Experience:

• GED-HS Diploma required.
• Simple Mathematics understanding required. (Addition/Subtraction/Multiplication/Division)
• 1+ year experience in liquid and dry ingredients blending/mixing manufacturing.
