About the Role We look for data-driven narrative builders. We are seeking a visionary leader to take the helm of our agency's marketing division. You will develop overarching growth strategies for our highest-tier clients, manage advertising budgets, and lead our internal marketing team. You must be comfortable navigating local client goals, scaling strategies for multicultural, bilingual audiences, and driving actual revenue growth for the agency. Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day: Drive Growth Architecture: Plan, execute, and scale overarching organic and paid acquisition strategies (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) ensuring maximum ROI for client budgets. Lead the Marketing Team: Hire, mentor, and direct the Social Media Manager, Content Strategist, and our expansive network of Brand Ambassadors. Own Campaign Metrics & Reporting: Build monthly reporting decks covering CAC, LTV, and conversion rates; present these findings confidently directly to clients and stakeholders. Agency Business Development: Collaborate with the founders to market AM Digital Designs itself, building an inbound lead generation machine for the studio to secure new client contracts. Here’s what we’re looking for: 7–10+ years in digital growth marketing, performance marketing, or marketing directorship, ideally with B2B, agency, or local-market client experience. Deep, tactical expertise in media buying, GA4 analytics, CRM management (HubSpot/Salesforce), and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Proven leadership experience managing, inspiring, and scaling a team of marketers or creatives. An entrepreneurial mindset—you think like a business owner and care deeply about ROI, not just vanity metrics. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred given our client base in bilingual markets. Bonus points if you have: Previous experience working in an agency environment managing multiple, diverse client accounts simultaneously. A strong personal network in the Greater Boston or Lawrence business community. $115,000–$145,000/yr base salary, plus substantial performance bonuses and profit-sharing tied directly to agency acquisition targets and client retention.
