Cashier/Receptionist

Location: Villa Park, IL

Position Type: Part-Time (Evenings and Half-Day Saturdays)

Job Summary:

Haggerty Auto Group is looking for a friendly, professional Cashier/Receptionist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the flexibility to work evenings and occasional Saturdays. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers and play a key role in providing a welcoming and seamless experience across our Sales, Service, and Parts departments.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls across all dealership departments
• Greet and assist walk-in customers, directing them to the appropriate department or team member
• Notify sales staff when customers arrive and facilitate introductions
• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Service, and Parts teams
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer and team interactions
• Accurately balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift
• Utilize a 10-key adding machine (experience preferred)
• Perform other administrative or support tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent listening and communication skills with a positive, outgoing personality
• Punctual and adaptable, with the ability to manage a flexible schedule in a dynamic work environment
• Professional appearance and eagerness to continually improve
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Pay: $16/hour
