Sr. Product Owner

Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to product vision and strategy aligned with portfolio goals
- Manage and prioritize product backlog ensuring alignment with OKRs
- Work onsite Tue–Thu and collaborate virtually on Mon/Fri
- Coordinate with UX, engineering, compliance, risk, and vendor teams
- Define roadmap, releases, and communicate progress to leadership
- Utilize data, analytics, and A/B testing to guide product decisions
- Conduct continuous product discovery and identify new opportunities
- Manage dependencies across multiple squads and teams
- Track deliverables, timelines, and ensure on-time execution
- Present insights, competitive analysis, and emerging technology solutions
- Maintain product and technical health while balancing priorities
- Support DevOps practices, automation, and continuous deployment processes
Skills:
- Strong experience in Product Ownership / Product Management
- Expertise in ADO/AHA tools
- Requirement gathering and stakeholder management
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and data-driven decision making
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and product architecture
- Strong communication and coordination across multiple teams
- Experience managing roadmaps, OKRs, and agile delivery
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management
- Experience working with cross-functional agile teams and enterprise environments
