Nurse Case ManagerHealthPlus Staffing is seeking a Nurse Case Manager in Philadelphia, PA. The Case Manager will provide help to pregnant women and children in getting the health care and social services needed.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, social work, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, other related social sciences, criminal justice, theology, nursing, healthcare administration, counseling, or education orRegistered NurseLicensed Practical Nurse orCertified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant plus two (2) years of mental health direct care experience.
